The most widely used search engine have installed its sever in Nepal. Google have installed the server in Nepal in association with the major communication service provider of Nepal, Nepal Telecom. With this, it is projected that Nepalese user will be having a high speed internet connection with whichever ISP they wish to get the service with. The server is in its testing phase which is a cache server for which experts from USA are here in Nepal for orienting the technicians. Google has installed the server in its own expense at the Jawalakhel branch in Kathmandu Valley.
It will be super fast only on npix/akamai enabled isps like subisu, etc. not on the disabled one like wlink and ntc. Wlink and NTC have throttled bandwidths for npix/akamai.. .
yea…!! there has been a lot of complains about wlink in the recent past. Hope it will value its customer and improve the services.
